About the Position:

We are searching for a talented Corporate Development Manager with retail experience to join our Finance team.  Reporting to the Director of Financial Optimization, responsibilities will include providing accurate transactional data coming from all of Victoria Park’s Medispa locations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support director in analyzing new potential acquisitions
  • Support director in the due diligence process
  • Working on modeling, budgeting pre & post acquisition, to present results to management & investors post-acquisition, analyzing the company’s actual performance versus budget; identifying areas for improvement
  • Tracking internal investment projects
  • KPI monitoring and analysis to identify key elements like sales breakdown, asset utilization, etc. to support operations and management in budgeting for each transaction
  • Project management for different initiatives to optimize spending in integrated entity (centralizing procurement, integrating software automation tools, working on integrators between system, etc.)
  • Assist in providing investors’ financial reporting requirement and preparing quarterly investors update.
  • Assist accounting team with onboarding process for new clinics

Qualifications required:

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience in accounting firm or industry
  • Proven work experience as a Financial & Business Analyst, accounting manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with financial and accounting software
  • Expertise in MS Excel creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas

Finance and Business Operations Manager

Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Optimization, the Finance and Business Operations Manager will support the finance team in overseeing finance operations for Victoria Park Medispa Locations. The successful candidate will forecast revenues and expenditures, advise on future budgeting, and ensure our financial planning is healthy, profitable and aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities will include:  

Managing models with the annual/quarterly budget process
Detailed monthly financial statements analysis
Analyzing the company’s actual performance versus budget; identifying areas for improvement and focus 
KPI monitoring (sales breakdown, asset utilization, etc.) to support operations and management in budget management with operational reality
Project management for different initiatives to optimize spending
Monitoring monthly debt covenant compliance
Overseeing insurance and certain aspects of risk management and insurance requirements
Assist in providing investors’ financial reporting requirement and preparing quarterly investors update
Assist in onboarding process of new clinics

Qualifications:

BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience in accounting firm or industry
Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst, Associate, Manager or similar role
Hands-on experience with financial and accounting software
Expertise in MS Excel creating spreadsheets and using intermediate level formulas
Excellent analytical skills

IT Support Technician

Reporting to the Director of IT, you will be responsible for systems configurations, maintenance, and updates. As well as supporting all of the companies’ basic IT needs, including software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Install, test, configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, software, operating systems, and the corporate network.
  • Monitor incoming support tickets
  • Create and maintain users in POS and other software
  • Manage IT inventory

As a member of our front desk reception team, your duties will include, greeting and welcoming clients with a smile, escorting them to the waiting area, scheduling client appointments, developing product knowledge and recommending and selling products to our clients, directing inquires, providing information, assisting with checkouts as well as a number of administrative tasks and special projects and events. As well as, disinfecting high-touch surfaces throughout your shifts, like door handles throughout the Medispa, as per our COVID-19 protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in reception in a spa or medical environment
  • Must be bilingual in both French and English
  • Must have superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to maintain world-class operating standards

Virtual Receptionist (Call Center – Work from home)

As a member of our Virtual Receptionist team, your duties will include answering a high-volume of incoming calls and emails to Victoria Park standards, scheduling client appointments, and directing inquires and providing information. You will play a vital role in assisting our Doctors and Specialists at our Medispa locations meet their booking targets by using your personality to make our customers smile and come away impressed with each interaction. Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity is bilingual, has previous experience working in a call center, guest services, customer service or hospitality environment with proven ability to offer exceptional customer service over the phone. With strong computer and administrative skills and experience working with and maintaining databases, the perfect candidate has a passion for or interest in beauty and aesthetics.

The successful candidate is fluent in both spoken and written French and English, interpersonal savvy, mature, dedicated, hardworking, has the ability to multitask and build relationships over the phone, has excellent judgment and organizational skills. This role is for someone who is looking for a long-term position with opportunity for education and growth.

Availabilities required for this position are from Monday to Friday from 8h00 to 18h00 and Saturday from 9h00-17h00, for a total of 37.5 hours a week.
