Dr.Mariam Ragheb

Dr. Mariam Ragheb is a board-certified Family Physician with a focused practice designation in Skin Disorders from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. She completed her medical degree at the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University, where she also pursued her residency in Family Medicine followed by a fellowship in Emergency Medicine. Her passion for dermatology led her to earn a Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology through Cardiff University in Wales.

Dr. Ragheb currently serves as an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine, where she is actively involved in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.

With a deep appreciation for how the health and appearance of our skin impacts overall well-being, Dr. Ragheb finds it especially rewarding to help patients see visible improvements in their skin. She believes skincare should be personalized, with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and values.

Practicing in Toronto, one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world, she has a particular interest in ethnodermatology—recognizing the importance of adapting dermatologic care to different skin types and ensuring equitable access to high-quality care for all patients.

She will be offering the following procedures (private pay):

• Aesthetic removal of skin tags
• Benign moles
• Cysts
• Cauterization and cryotherapy of benign lesions
• Steroid injections for keloids

Note: These procedures are not covered by OHIP and are billed as private dermatology services.
