CONTRAINDICATIONS

PREGNANCY

This treatment may be performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please inform your provider if you are pregnant or breastfeeding so the treatment can be adapted accordingly.

SKIN DISORDERS

Any active skin condition, such as an infection, rosacea flare-up, severe inflammatory acne, active dermatitis, or an open wound in the treatment area, must be fully resolved before the session.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Current or recent treatment with isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6 to 12 months may require postponing the treatment. Any known allergy to salicylic acid or ingredients contained in the serums used should be disclosed prior to treatment. If you have a history of cold sores (oral herpes), please inform your provider before the session.
