We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our HR Dream Team!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the HR team in recruiting top talent!
  • Assisting with maintaining up to date job descriptions
  • Ensuring all positions are posted to our various social media and recruitment channels
  • Updating the Careers page on our website to reflect all open positions
  • Assist with screening candidates using pre-screening tools

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Recent graduate of Human Resources Management, Human Relations or equivalent is an asset or at least one (1) year related experience in an office, or administrative environment.

Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

We are searching for a bilingual superstar who wants to learn all the exciting elements related to managing and processing payroll and benefits as well as working closely with the HR team. The successful candidate will report to both the Payroll Manager and the Human Resources Manager.

Responsibilities: 
  • Work with our payroll manager to assist in the completion of the full cycle of payroll processing for all salaried and hourly employees for our multiple companies bi-weekly.
  • Administer benefits including group insurance enrolment, VRSP, salary adjustments, and process terminations
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping
  • Ensure the creation and timely distribution of T4 as well as end of year reporting requirements
  • Answer employee questions regarding payroll, group insurance, and VRSP programs

Requirements:

Retail Director – Maternity leave replacement

Responsibilities

Business Development Manager – Western Canada

Objective:

As we continue to grow across the country, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to help support Victoria Park’s growth in Western Canada. The candidate must reside in AB, BC or SK. You will be responsible for the addition of new locations and the optimization of existing Medispa locations.

Key Responsibilities: 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for helping grow our network, by finding prospects, and new clinics to join the Victoria Park brand. They are responsible for all steps in the closing of the acquisition, as well as partnering closely with head office and the new Medispa to ensure a seamless integration. The Business Development Manager is also accountable for managing and developing the Operations Manager at all locations within their region, to nurture a team-oriented, high-performing, “remarkable” service culture.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying, and initiating meeting with prospective clinics
  • Accountable for all steps in the integration closing period
  • Collaborating with head office as per our acquisition protocol for integration
  • Manage and develop the Operations Manager in each location
  • Accountable for revenue targets with team, and driving sales
  • Assist with training and development of physician team, including vendor training, sales training, etc.
  • Assist with training and development of nurse injectors, including vendor training, sales training, etc.
  • Assist in recruiting additional physicians, nurse injectors and other team members to develop each location, as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in business, sales, marketing, or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Create and design various materials for in-clinic promotions, digital and print advertising

IT Project Coordinator

We are looking to hire a positive, proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing IT team! As an IT Project Coordinator, you will assist with the planning, implementation, coordination, and oversee Victoria Park’s software integrations for all locations.  This may include utilizing selected staff from various internal departments, as well as external resources.  Your main duties will include coordinating software releases, trainings, and rollouts.  Reporting to and working closely with Victoria Park’s IT Director, you will ensure all implementations follow a priority list and stay within budget.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with IT Director to create priority lists of all tasks in the workflow and ensure compliance with budgets and other project requirements
  • Assist with all Victoria Park locations software roll outs and IT related trainings and testing
  • Supervise projects to ensure they follow a timeline and stay on budget
  • Assist with document instructions for end – users by creating manuals and videos for training as well as assisting with the end user testing
  • Manage protocol changes and reminders
  • Help manage expectations and collect requirements for IT related major roll outs – EMR, Zenoti, Five9, RxPhoto etc.
  • Work with employees to schedule and plan all trainings, software refresh, and follow up tests

  • Member in good standing of the l’Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec
  • Experience in customer service with a sophisticated clientele

  • Maintain physicians schedule including checkouts and rebooking

All Medispa Boutique Manager’s will have a monthly Medispa allowance to benefit from our offerings and treatments first-hand. You will also be eligible for monthly and quarterly bonuses based on individual and team sales targets.
