Business Development Manager – Western Canada

Objective:

As we continue to grow across the country, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to help support Victoria Park’s growth in Western Canada. The candidate must reside in AB, BC or SK. You will be responsible for the addition of new locations and the optimization of existing Medispa locations.

Key Responsibilities: 

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for helping grow our network, by finding prospects, and new clinics to join the Victoria Park brand. They are responsible for all steps in the closing of the acquisition, as well as partnering closely with head office and the new Medispa to ensure a seamless integration. The Business Development Manager is also accountable for managing and developing the Operations Manager at all locations within their region, to nurture a team-oriented, high-performing, “remarkable” service culture.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying, and initiating meeting with prospective clinics
  • Accountable for all steps in the integration closing period
  • Collaborating with head office as per our acquisition protocol for integration
  • Manage and develop the Operations Manager in each location
  • Accountable for revenue targets with team, and driving sales
  • Assist with training and development of physician team, including vendor training, sales training, etc.
  • Assist with training and development of nurse injectors, including vendor training, sales training, etc.
  • Assist in recruiting additional physicians, nurse injectors and other team members to develop each location, as needed.
  • Work with local vendor support to optimize location benefits and reduce costs
  • Assist head office with implementation of plans and share best practices between locations in territory and nationally.
  • Nurture a team-oriented, high-performance, “remarkable” service culture at each location

Requirements and Qualifications

  • BSc/BA in business, sales, marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as a business development manager, sales executive
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required for communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven sales track record and knowledge of medical aesthetics
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to build rapport through strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized with the ability to manage complex projects.

Accountant

We are seeking an Accountant to join our growing team! Under the supervision of a Senior Accountant, the successful candidate will work with large amounts of numerical data, handle a variety of tasks within deadlines, and provide management with transparent and complete reports. You will have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting weekly sales analyses
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for various companies
  • Support the accounts payable department

Graphic Artist

  • Create and design various materials for in-clinic promotions, digital and print advertising

IT Project Coordinator

We are looking to hire a positive, proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing IT team! As an IT Project Coordinator, you will assist with the planning, implementation, coordination, and oversee Victoria Park’s software integrations for all locations.  This may include utilizing selected staff from various internal departments, as well as external resources.  Your main duties will include coordinating software releases, trainings, and rollouts.  Reporting to and working closely with Victoria Park’s IT Director, you will ensure all implementations follow a priority list and stay within budget.

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with IT Director to create priority lists of all tasks in the workflow and ensure compliance with budgets and other project requirements
  • Assist with all Victoria Park locations software roll outs and IT related trainings and testing
  • Supervise projects to ensure they follow a timeline and stay on budget
  • Assist with document instructions for end – users by creating manuals and videos for training as well as assisting with the end user testing
  • Manage protocol changes and reminders
  • Help manage expectations and collect requirements for IT related major roll outs – EMR, Zenoti, Five9, RxPhoto etc.
  • Work with employees to schedule and plan all trainings, software refresh, and follow up tests
  • Communicate with IT director to advise of status during all phases of roll out.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Must have previous experience in a project management roll
  • Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English

We are searing for a Skincare Specialist to join our Gatineau Medispa location, you will be responsible for cultivating a warm and customer centric environment. Your primary focus will be to educate clients entering the boutique pre and post treatment. All of our products are high-quality medical grade skincare products.

You will report to the Boutique Manager and be part of a team that is accountable for sales, product knowledge, inventory, merchandising, events and developing relationships with clients. You will collaborate closely with the Medispa technicians and our purchasing/inventory specialist.

Responsibilities will include:
