HOW THE
TREATMENT WORKS
MD Formula Peels use targeted exfoliating solutions to stimulate cell renewal and improve skin texture. The peel is applied in a controlled manner to act on the superficial layers of the skin. The formula is selected based on specific concerns, such as sensitivity, acne, or pigmentation.
Step 1
A personalized consultation is performed to assess the skin and select the MD Formula peel best suited to your skin type and treatment goals.
Step 2
The skin is thoroughly cleansed to remove impurities, excess oil, and makeup prior to treatment.
Step 3
The MD Formula peel is applied evenly to the skin and left on according to the appropriate protocol and the skin’s specific needs.
Step 4
The peel is removed and a neutralizing solution is applied to safely stop the action of the active ingredients.
Step 5
Soothing and protective skincare products are applied to calm and hydrate the skin. Personalized recommendations are provided to help optimize comfort and treatment results.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
PREGNANCY
Some peels are not recommended during pregnancy depending on their depth. A personalized assessment will be carried out.
SKIN DISORDERS
Active skin disorders in the treatment area, including skin infections, severe inflammatory rosacea, dermatitis flare-ups, open wounds, or recent sunburn, must be resolved before treatment.
MEDICATION
Current or recent use of isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6 months may require postponing the peel.
