Donna Hardy began her nursing career in 1989 at Sainte-Justine Hospital, working in the neonatal intensive care unit where she cared for premature newborns in a demanding yet profoundly human environment. This early experience shaped her professional rigor and deep clinical sensitivity.

In 2005 she joined renowned dermatologist Dr. André Mathieu Serra and expanded her expertise into the field of medical aesthetics. Over the years she developed a specialization in neuromodulator injections, a passion that has become a true vocation.
