Lauren Simon became a nurse out of a deeply rooted passion to help and serve others, combining her love of science with her desire to make a difference in people’s lives. She earned her nursing degree from Queen’s University in 2007 and spent 18 years working in the fast-paced environment of the emergency room, developing exceptional critical thinking skills and clinical expertise.

After nearly two decades in emergency care, Lauren transitioned into medical aesthetics in search of a calmer, more balanced environment where she could still provide patient-centered care. She embraced the opportunity to learn a whole new set of skills and found her passion in helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through advanced treatments.

At Victoria Park Medispa Ottawa, Lauren offers sweat reduction with neuromodulators, BBL Hero, Forever Young BBL, Vbeam, laser hair removal, tattoo removal (Picoway), Halo, Moxi, Fraxel, Morpheus8 (microneedling with radiofrequency), and PRP for the face and hair. Her personal favorites include Aerolase, Moxi, and Halo for their ability to stimulate collagen and improve skin from the inside out.

Lauren’s approach is rooted in the philosophy that less is more. She focuses on building natural beauty by working on multiple layers of the skin, promoting collagen production for a refreshed and radiant glow. Patients describe her as bright, jovial, and smart. Known for her honesty and integrity, she takes the time to truly listen, ensuring each treatment plan aligns with her patients’ goals and realistic outcomes.
