Dr. Shanna Spring is a board-certified dermatologist in both Canada and the United States, recognized for her expertise and compassionate approach.

After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University, she pursued her medical studies at the University of Toronto. Upon completing her Doctor of Medicine, she returned to her hometown of Ottawa to complete her dermatology residency.

Driven by a strong interest in pediatric dermatology, she completed a one-year fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and the University of Toronto (SickKids). Now back in Ottawa, Dr. Spring divides her time between CHEO, Bruyère Hospital, The Ottawa Hospital, and Laserderm, where she continues to focus on pediatric dermatology and vascular anomalies.
