Where can I use my gift card and bonus cash?
Both the gift card and bonus cash are valid at all Victoria Park Medispa locations.
When can I use my bonus cash?
Bonus cash is valid from the date of purchase and expire on September 30, 2026 if unused.
Where will my bonus cash appear?
Your bonus cash will automatically be added to your client account under the Gift Cards section after your purchase.
Are there limitations on how the bonus cash can be used?
Yes. Bonus cash:
-must be used before September 30, 2026 or they will expire
-cannot be used toward injectables
-cannot be used for surgeries or medical procedures
-cannot be used toward the purchase of a package
-cannot be used on already discounted services or products
-cannot be used for services provided by a doctor
-cannot be used toward another gift card
-can be shared with another client if the purchaser forwards them the email containing the bonus cash gift card code
Can I buy the gift card online or in clinic?
You can purchase gift cards at any of our clinics or online.
Can I purchase this as a gift?
Yes. Gift cards can be purchased for someone else. Bonus cash will be applied to the purchaser’s account, but can be shared by simply forwarding the email containing the bonus cash.
Conditions
*Bonus cash issued as promotional credit which can be used immediately. Any unused bonus credit will expire at the end of the day on September 30, 2026. Offer valid on gift card purchases made between May 1 and 10 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Bonus credit will be added to the purchaser’s client account based on the value of the gift card purchased. A $20 bonus credit will be issued with the purchase of a $100-249 gift card, $60 with a $250–$499 gift card, and $125 with a gift card of $500 or more. Only one set of credits will be applied per transaction. Multiple transactions are required to ensure multiple sets of bonus credits. Bonus credits cannot be used on services provided by a doctor, injectables, packages, or any discounted services or products. They cannot be used toward the purchase of a gift card or redeemed for cash. Gift cards and bonus credits are not applicable at victoriaparklab.ca, however, products may be purchased in store, excluding MD Formula Kits.
