Dr. Erik Hegmann is a family physician who has been practicing aesthetic medicine and laser treatments in Kanata since 2004. His patients appreciate his friendly yet professional demeanor and his gentle, meticulous approach to care, which has made him one of the leading cosmetic injection physicians in the Ottawa region.

Before pursuing a career in medicine, Dr. Hegmann earned a Master of Science degree and specialized in cancer research at the Sunnybrook Health Science Centre in Toronto. During his graduate studies, he published several research articles and traveled extensively to present his findings at international conferences. He later attended the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto, graduating with honours in 1996, and went on to complete his residency in Family Medicine at Scarborough General Hospital.

Dr. Hegmann combines scientific expertise with an artistic eye, offering each patient personalized, natural-looking results and a comfortable, confidence-building experience.
