Non-invasive solution
RF microneedling, or radiofrequency microneedling, combines traditional microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy to improve skin firmness, acne scars, fine lines and uneven texture. By delivering controlled RF energy beneath the skin’s surface, the treatment stimulates the skin’s natural collagen and elastin remodeling processes to gradually improve texture, firmness and overall skin quality on the face and select areas of the body.
At select Victoria Park Medispa clinics, RF microneedling is available using Morpheus8, Sylfirm X™, Potenza™ and Infini™. While each technology combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy, they differ in treatment depth, energy delivery and customization options.
Your specialist will recommend the RF microneedling technology best suited to your skin, concerns and treatment goals.
A popular choice for women seeking firmer, smoother-looking skin, RF microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin to improve skin laxity, fine lines, acne scars, and uneven texture on the face and body.
Increasingly chosen by men seeking natural-looking skin rejuvenation, RF microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin to improve skin firmness, acne scars, fine lines and uneven texture while preserving natural facial features.

RF microneedling uses fine needles that penetrate the skin at a controlled depth while delivering radiofrequency energy directly into targeted tissue.
As the needles enter the skin, they create controlled microchannels that activate the skin’s natural healing response. At the same time, RF energy generates controlled heat beneath the surface, stimulating collagen and elastin remodeling.
The needle depth and RF energy settings are selected according to your skin, the area being treated and the technology used. Some systems offer different RF modes, needle configurations or energy-delivery patterns, allowing the treatment to be further personalized.
RF microneedling treatment is generally postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Treatment should be postponed if you have an active skin infection, open wound, significant inflammation, active herpes outbreak or severe inflammatory acne in the treatment area until the skin has fully healed.
Bleeding disorders, healing problems, a tendency to develop keloid scars, certain medical conditions or medications may affect your eligibility for treatment. Current or recent isotretinoin (Accutane) use should also be disclosed.
Certain implanted electronic devices, including pacemakers or defibrillators, may affect your eligibility for RF microneedling. Metallic implants in or near the treatment area should also be disclosed during your consultation.

RF microneedling is a skin rejuvenation treatment that combines traditional microneedling with radiofrequency energy. Fine needles create controlled microchannels in the skin while RF energy delivers controlled heat beneath the surface to stimulate collagen and elastin remodeling.
Traditional microneedling stimulates the skin through controlled micro-injuries. RF microneedling adds radiofrequency energy, creating controlled heat in targeted tissue beneath the skin. This additional thermal effect allows the treatment to target skin firmness and collagen remodeling more deeply.
RF microneedling can be used to improve the appearance of acne scars, scars, fine lines and wrinkles, skin laxity, dull skin, body laxity and stretch marks. The exact concerns that can be treated depend on the RF microneedling technology selected.
At select Victoria Park Medispa clinics, RF microneedling treatments are available using Morpheus8, Sylfirm X™, Potenza™ and Infini™. While all four technologies combine microneedling with radiofrequency energy, they differ in treatment depth, RF delivery, needle configurations and customization options.
All four technologies combine microneedling with radiofrequency energy, but each offers different treatment capabilities. Morpheus8 delivers fractional RF energy at adjustable depths and is particularly recognized for skin tightening and tissue remodeling. Sylfirm X™ offers pulsed-wave and continuous-wave RF modes and can address concerns such as pigmentation and redness in addition to skin aging. Potenza™ offers extensive customization through monopolar and bipolar RF, multiple frequencies and different needle configurations. Infini™ uses insulated microneedles and bipolar RF to deliver energy at targeted depths within the dermis.
The best option depends on your skin, treatment area and goals. Your specialist will recommend the most appropriate technology during your consultation.
A topical numbing cream is generally applied before treatment. Most patients describe the sensation as warmth, pressure or prickling rather than sharp pain. Comfort levels vary depending on treatment depth, intensity and the area being treated.
The number of sessions depends on your skin, the concern being treated, the technology used and your desired results. Many patients benefit from a series of treatments spaced several weeks apart. Your specialist will recommend a personalized treatment schedule.
Some improvement in skin texture may become noticeable as the skin heals. Changes associated with collagen and elastin remodeling develop more gradually and can continue to improve over the following weeks and months.
Results vary according to the condition treated, your skin, the technology used and your skincare habits. Improvements related to collagen remodeling may last for many months, and maintenance treatments may be recommended to help preserve results.
Downtime is generally minimal to moderate. Temporary redness, mild swelling, warmth, sensitivity or a slightly rough texture may occur after treatment. Recovery time varies according to treatment intensity and the technology used.
RF microneedling can often be used across a broad range of skin tones because RF energy does not depend on pigment to deliver energy in the same way as many light-based treatments. Your specialist will still assess your skin individually and select the appropriate technology and settings.
Yes. Depending on the technology selected, RF microneedling can be used on areas of the face, neck, décolleté and body. It may be used to target skin laxity, scars, stretch marks and other texture concerns.
Yes. RF microneedling may be incorporated into a broader treatment plan alongside injectables, skin boosters, medical-grade skincare or other aesthetic procedures. Your specialist will recommend the appropriate timing and combinations based on your skin and goals.
RF microneedling uses needles to deliver radiofrequency energy beneath the skin, while laser treatments use light energy. The two technologies target tissue differently and may be recommended for different concerns, skin types and treatment goals. In some cases, they may also be used as complementary treatments.
RF microneedling treatments generally range from $750 to $1,200, depending on the technology used, treatment area and recommended treatment plan. Your specialist can recommend the most appropriate RF microneedling technology for your needs and provide accurate pricing during your consultation.
