Located in the heart of Toronto's Financial District, Victoria Park Medispa Toronto Bay is built on the legacy of the Bay Dermatology Centre, founded in 2006 by internationally recognized dermatologist Dr. Sandy Skotnicki. Known for her evidence-based approach to skin health and her bestselling book Beyond Soap, Dr. Skotnicki has helped establish this clinic as one of Canada's most trusted destinations for both medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine.
Now in a brand-new, purpose-built space at 483 Bay Street, the clinic was designed from the ground up with a single priority: creating an environment that reflects the quality of care delivered inside it.
Our multidisciplinary team brings together a board-certified dermatologist, plastic surgeons, physicians and experienced nurse injectors to deliver personalized treatment plans in a modern, welcoming, physician-supervised environment. Where is Victoria Park Medispa Toronto Bay Street located?
We're at 483 Bay Street, Unit #104, Toronto, ON M5G 2C9, in the heart of the Financial District, just steps from Queen subway station. Paid parking is available in South Tower B (approximately $5/hour), and additional public parking is nearby at Toronto City Hall, the Eaton Centre and the Marriott Hotel.
Who is the medical director at the Toronto Bay Street location?
The clinic is led by Dr. Sandy Skotnicki, one of Canada's most recognized board-certified dermatologists. Dr. Skotnicki founded the original Bay Dermatology Centre in 2006 and is internationally known for her work in allergic contact dermatitis, her bestselling book Beyond Soap, and her featured role in a Netflix documentary on skincare. Every treatment plan at this location is developed under physician supervision.
What makes the Toronto Bay Street clinic different from other Victoria Park locations?
Toronto Bay is our downtown Toronto flagship and our only Victoria Park location in Toronto with an on-site board-certified dermatologist. This means patients have access to both medical dermatology services and the full suite of aesthetic treatments. It's also home to the widest range of treatments in the network, supported by the latest technology including the Alma IQ Skin Analysis Tool.
What injectable treatments are available at Toronto Bay Street?
We offer the full range of injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), dermal fillers, biostimulators (Sculptra and Radiesse), hybrid fillers (HArmonyCa), lip enhancement, skin booster injections and double chin fat dissolving injections (Belkyra). All injectable treatments are performed by experienced nurse injectors or physicians.
Do I need a referral to see the dermatologist?
Yes. Medically necessary dermatology consultations require a physician referral in accordance with OHIP regulations. The consultation itself is covered by OHIP when a valid referral is provided, though some procedures that follow may be recommended on a private, fee-for-service basis.
