About the
clinic

Located in the heart of Toronto's Financial District, Victoria Park Medispa Toronto Bay is built on the legacy of the Bay Dermatology Centre, founded in 2006 by internationally recognized dermatologist Dr. Sandy Skotnicki. Known for her evidence-based approach to skin health and her bestselling book Beyond Soap, Dr. Skotnicki has helped establish this clinic as one of Canada's most trusted destinations for both medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Now in a brand-new, purpose-built space at 483 Bay Street, the clinic was designed from the ground up with a single priority: creating an environment that reflects the quality of care delivered inside it.

Our multidisciplinary team brings together a board-certified dermatologist, plastic surgeons, physicians and experienced nurse injectors to deliver personalized treatment plans in a modern, welcoming, physician-supervised environment. Whether you're looking to improve your skin health, prevent the visible signs of aging or achieve natural-looking rejuvenation, our team is committed to expert care tailored to your goals.

Parking info:

On-site underground parking is available at Bell Trinity Square on the east side of Bay Street (between Dundas Street West and Queen Street West, across from City Hall). Their weekday rates are $5.00 per hour with a maximum day rate of $25.00 Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. TTC: Queen Station.

Experts in skin health

Dr. Skotnicki and her team see patients for a full range of medical skin conditions, including warts, benign moles, cysts, skin tags, age spots, keratoses and benign skin lesions. Treatments include cryotherapy, cautery, cosmetic excision, injections for acne, cysts and scars, sclerotherapy, and hyperhidrosis injections.*

*Medically necessary consultations are covered by OHIP when a valid physician referral is provided, though some procedures following the consultation may be offered on a private, fee-for-service basis.

Victoria Park Medispa Toronto Bay Street combines expert medical dermatology with advanced medical aesthetics. In addition to diagnosis and treatment of medical skin conditions, patients have access to some of the latest technologies for skin rejuvenation and body contouring. The clinic was among the first in Toronto to offer CoolSculpting Elite, one of the most advanced non-surgical body contouring platforms available, and continues to invest in technologies that deliver real, measurable results. Patients also have access to Sylfirm X, a precision radiofrequency microneedling treatment that helps improve skin laxity, redness, pigmentation and melasma with minimal downtime.

The clinic has developed particular expertise in biostimulators, a category of treatments that work by activating your skin's own collagen and elastin production for gradual, long-lasting regeneration. The team works across the full range of leading biostimulator options, including Sculptra, Radiesse, HArmonyCa and VAMP Advanced, each with distinct properties that allow for a highly tailored approach depending on your anatomy, skin quality and goals.

For patients focused on skin quality, luminosity and cellular renewal, the clinic offers exosome therapy and NCTF injections, the latter known for delivering a glass skin effect through a concentrated blend of vitamins, amino acids and hyaluronic acid delivered directly into the skin. These are treatments that attract patients who want meaningful improvement in their skin health, not just surface-level results.

Every treatment plan begins with a thorough consultation, and new patients receive a complimentary Alma IQ Skin Analysis (valued at $150), an advanced imaging tool that allows our team to assess what's happening beneath the surface and make recommendations grounded in your skin's actual condition.
