Technology
DivaTyte is a non-ablative, non-surgical procedure that restores the appearance of external vaginal skin. The laser used for this treatment is gentile for even sensitive skin types. The treatment harnesses advanced infrared technology to heat deep into the layers of external vaginal tissue. From there, the dermal heating heats up the external tissue where collagen and elastin reside. This collagen stimulation for the vaginal tissue initiatives a repair and remodelling response. With time, you’ll see an improvement in the external vaginal tissue’s appearance.

Here’s what you can expect from your diVaTyte treatment: Your Victoria Park Medispa expert will use a laser to deliver rapid pulses of light and health to the external vaginal area. This warms the skin while penetrating the deepest tissue layers of the labial/vulvar area. The procedure normally takes about 20 minutes to complete. Throughout the treatment, we will also administer surface cooling in order to protect the top layer of your skin. This is in place to ensure your comfort and safety from start to finish.
Patients may return to their daily routine immediately. Mild redness and swelling can occur in the treated area and should only last up to one hour after the treatment. Following a series of treatments, we may recommend returning for up to four maintenance sessions a year.
