During the treatment
Exilis Ultra uses a form of electrical energy known as monopolar radiofrequency. The treatment gently heats the skin to temperatures between 40–42°C, stimulating the production of new collagen. This leads to the appearance of tighter, smoother skin. Most clients describe the warming sensation of an Exilis Ultra treatment as being comparable to that of a hot stone massage—tolerable, in other words.
After the treatment
An Exilis Ultra session is relatively quick, typically taking under an hour to complete. Most sessions last between 30 to 45 minutes and are scheduled every eight weeks or so, for a total of four to eight sessions. Depending on your desired results, additional sessions may be required—your Victoria Park Medispa expert.
Victoria Park Medispa patients generally report that treatments cause minimal discomfort. Best of all, treatments require no downtime. Within the first 24 hours after your Exilis Ultra session, you may experience mild redness and a sensation of heat. This is totally normal.
