Non-invasive solution
If acne scars, uneven skin texture, fine lines or loss of firmness are among your concerns, Infini™ offers a precise and customizable approach to RF microneedling.
Designed for the face and select areas of the body, Infini™ combines microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy to stimulate collagen remodeling and gradually improve skin texture, firmness and the appearance of scars and visible signs of aging.
What sets Infini™ apart is its ability to deliver controlled radiofrequency (RF) energy at precise depths beneath the skin. Its 49 insulated microneedles are designed to release RF energy from their tips, concentrating treatment at the selected depth while limiting heat exposure closer to the skin’s surface. Treatment depth and energy settings can be customized based on the area being treated and your individual skin concerns.
During treatment, Infini™’s microneedles are inserted into the skin at a selected depth. Because the needles are insulated along most of their length, RF energy is released primarily at the tips, concentrating heat at the targeted depth while limiting RF exposure closer to the skin’s surface.
The provider can adjust both the needle depth and RF energy level throughout the treatment, allowing different layers of the skin to be targeted depending on the treatment area and concern.
The controlled heat created beneath the skin triggers a wound-healing response that supports new collagen production and remodeling over time, with improvements developing gradually as the skin renews itself.
Infini™ treatment is generally postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Treatment should be postponed if you have an active skin infection, open wound, significant inflammation, active herpes outbreak or severe inflammatory acne in the treatment area until the skin has fully healed.
Certain implanted electronic devices, including pacemakers or defibrillators, may affect your eligibility for radiofrequency treatment. Metallic implants located in or near the treatment area should also be disclosed during your consultation.
Bleeding disorders, significant healing problems, a tendency to develop keloid scars or certain medical conditions may require further assessment before treatment. Current or recent isotretinoin (Accutane) use, as well as medications that may interfere with normal healing, should also be disclosed.
Got questions about Infini™? We’ve got your answers here!
Infini™ is an RF microneedling treatment that uses 49 insulated microneedles to deliver controlled radiofrequency energy at precise depths beneath the skin. This targeted energy stimulates the skin’s natural collagen-remodeling process to help improve skin texture, firmness, fine lines and the appearance of scars.
One of Infini™’s key features is its use of insulated microneedles. The RF energy is concentrated near the exposed portion of the needles at the selected treatment depth, helping target the dermis while limiting unnecessary heat exposure to the surface of the skin. The system also allows the provider to adjust treatment depth according to the area and concern being treated.
The Infini™ microneedling tip contains 49 insulated microneedles arranged in a 7 × 7 configuration. These needles deliver controlled RF energy at precise depths beneath the skin.
Traditional microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate the skin’s natural renewal process. Infini™ combines microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy delivered at precise depths beneath the skin. The addition of controlled RF energy further supports collagen remodeling and improvements in skin firmness and texture.
Yes. RF microneedling is commonly used to improve the appearance of acne scars by combining controlled micro-injuries with dermal heating. Infini™ allows your provider to adjust treatment depth to target different layers of scarred tissue, depending on your skin and the type of scars being treated.
Yes. Infini™ is FDA-cleared for the percutaneous treatment of facial wrinkles. RF energy creates controlled thermal zones within the dermis, stimulating tissue remodeling and collagen production over time.
Because Infini™ delivers RF energy directly into the dermis rather than relying on pigment to absorb light energy, it may be appropriate for a broad range of skin tones. Your provider will still assess your skin individually and select treatment settings based on your skin type and concerns.
The number of sessions depends on your skin, the concern being treated and your desired results. Many patients benefit from a series of treatments spaced several weeks apart. Your specialist will recommend a personalized treatment schedule during your consultation.
Some improvement in skin texture may become noticeable as the skin heals after treatment. Changes related to collagen remodeling develop more gradually and may continue to improve over the following weeks and months.
Downtime is generally minimal to moderate. Temporary redness, mild swelling, sensitivity or a slightly rough skin texture may occur after treatment. Recovery varies depending on treatment depth, energy settings and the area treated.
Yes. One of the advantages of Infini™ is that the treatment depth can be adjusted according to the target tissue. Your provider may use different depths during the same session to address different layers of the skin and different concerns.
Both Infini™ and Morpheus8 combine microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy to stimulate collagen remodeling. Infini™ uses 49 insulated microneedles to deliver controlled RF energy at precise depths, while Morpheus8 uses a different needle configuration and energy-delivery system. Your specialist can recommend the technology best suited to your skin, concerns and treatment goals.
Both Infini™ and Potenza™ combine microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy, but the technologies offer different approaches to energy delivery and customization. Infini™ uses 49 insulated microneedles to deliver controlled RF energy at precise depths, while Potenza™ offers different RF settings that allow energy to be delivered more broadly across deeper tissue or concentrated within a more specific, targeted area. Your specialist can recommend the technology best suited to your skin and treatment goals.
Yes. The Infini Radiofrequency System received FDA 510(k) clearance and is intended for dermatologic and general surgical procedures involving electrocoagulation and hemostasis, as well as the percutaneous treatment of facial wrinkles.
Infini™ treatments start at $865, depending on the treatment area, treatment intensity and number of sessions recommended. Package pricing may also be available. Your specialist can provide accurate pricing after assessing your skin and creating a personalized treatment plan.
